Televisions in every room, private High Speed Wifi/Internet AND many more amenities for considerably less money than a typical 1 or 2 resort bedroom with other Bahama Bay Resort rentals.
This is a desirable GROUND FLOOR condo that sleeps 6! (Pro Tip! There are no elevators at Bahama Bay Resort). With our unit you just drive up, enter your door code, walk in and pour yourself a glass of wine. The check in process couldn’t be more convenient or easy!
Some of the resort’s many amenities include 4 heated pools, 6 hot tubs, a children’s splash park, playground, video game room, beach, lake, BBQ grills, walking / jogging nature trails, volleyball, tennis, basketball, fishing dock, pool tables, foosball, spa/salon, fitness center, marketplace gifts/grocery, Internet cafe computer stations, library, free coffee/tea 24/7, room service and the ‘TradeWinds’ on site restaurant. And within a 3 minute drive there are restaurants, a Publix (grocery store), liquour store, pubs, gas station, bank and all sorts of other shops.

It is our top priority to make sure our properties are always sanitized, cleaned, and disinfected prior to guest check-in. During this time we are committed to ensuring our guests feel confident during their stay and would like to inform you that our housekeeping checklists meet CDC cleaning standards. The cleaning fee in the quote already includes the SANITAZION fee. Please note that some things like board games or DVDs may not be available due to sanitazion limitations. Each villa is beautifully appointed and fully equipped with all the comforts of a contemporary Florida home, combined with all the amenities of a full-service resort. The resort offers amenities such as a heated swimming pool, sports courts and a children’s play area.
Guests at Bahama Bay Resort can also take advantage of on-site amenities such as a fitness center, fishing dock, nature trails and a white sand beach overlooking Lake Davenport. With two restaurants on site you can take a break from cooking and savor the tastes of Tradewinds Restaurant & Bar or Mambo’s Poolside Bar & Grille.
Terms and Coditions
Bookings must be accompanied by the necessary booking deposit of $250.00. The balance must be paid in full at least 6 weeks prior to commencement of the vacation unless previously agreed otherwise. If a booking is made within 6 weeks of arrival the full rent must be paid unless otherwise agreed with Premier Vacation Rentals. Under no circumstances may more than the agreed number, as declared on the booking form be permitted to use the accommodation unless approved by Premier Vacation Rentals. Minimum age to book this property is 25.

Observe the non-smoking environment of the home for the benefit of future guests. Ashtrays are provided for outdoor use only – please dispose of all remains sensibly.
Property amenities (including but not limited to furnishings, appliances, electronics, baby equipment, games and barbecue grills) are used at the Guest’s own risk. Barbecue grills should only be used in well ventilated outdoor areas. The Company and the homeowner(s) shall not be held liable for malfunctioning or inoperable amenities, or for damage caused by misuse of amenities. Guests under 18 years of age must be supervised at all times.
At the discretion of the homeowner/management company, payment for breakages, losses or damage to the property, fixtures, fittings or contents during the rental period may be required.
Take good care of the home and leave it in a tidy condition at the end of your stay.
Allow the homeowner or management company representative reasonable access to the property during the rental period to carry out any inspection or maintenance deemed necessary.
Allow access to the pool area for the purpose of maintenance.
Allow access around the pool enclosure for the purpose of garden maintenance and pest control.
Do not sub-let the accommodation. Parties or events are not allowed.
No pets or animals of any kind are permitted in the home at any time, otherwise agreed with the Property Manager.
Evidence of animals or smoking within the home may incur additional charges to fund additional cleaning costs.
The management company and the homeowner shall not be held liable for any inconvenience arising from outside construction or any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, plumbing, gas, electricity or other utilities.
If, during the rental period, any law or ordnance is violated, any drug use occurs in or near the property, or the property is used for any immoral purpose, occupancy will be immediately terminated without refund. Failure to comply with any of the terms herein will, at the sole discretion of the Company, result in the immediate termination of occupancy without refund.
SUPPLIES. Managing company will supply starter products, including paper towels, toilet paper , hand soap, dishwasher soap and trash bags. Additional supplies and replenishments are the responsibility of the Guest.
POOL AND SPAS (for homes with private pool only) Pool and spa heat may be added to any reservation in a home equipped with a pool and/or spa for an additional fee. Please keep in mind when requesting pool/spa heat that most pools take up to 24 hours to heat.
Pool heaters have electrical and mechanical components that can sometimes malfunction, and, when the outside air temperature drops below 65 degrees Fahrenheit, they may not be able to provide adequate heating. The Company, its vendors and the homeowner(s) cannot be held responsible for any malfunctioning heater or inadequate heating, and no compensation will be given. The Guest must inform the Company as soon as possible if the pool or spa is not working properly so that repairs can be made.
Ensure all children are supervised at all times particularly around the pool area. Any pool toys & floatation devices must be used under adult supervision – the homeowners and management company cannot be held responsible for either the condition of these items or for accidents arising from their use. It only takes a few seconds for a small child to crawl or run from the house and fall into the pool. If there are children in the travel party, the patio door must never be left open.
In accordance with Florida state law, pool-equipped vacation rentals have pool alarms and/or fences that have been installed for guest safety. Pool alarms sound within seconds of a door leading to the pool being opened. Safety fences must be kept in place at all times. Any problems with pool alarms or safety fences must be reported immediately to the managing partner.
Guests must not tamper with pool alarms. According to Chapter 515.33 of the Residential Swimming Pool Safety Act, anyone tampering with or disconnecting pool alarms commits a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable by a $5,000 fine or one year in jail. The Company will assess a minimum charge of $100 per alarm for its repair or replacement.
The Company, managing partner and the homeowner(s) shall not be held liable for any personal loss, accident, injury or illness from use of the pool or spa.
AIR CONDITIONING The air conditioning in any property must not be set below 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, all windows and doors must be kept closed during the rental period. Failure to follow these terms may cause the system to freeze up and become inoperable. If this occurs, the air conditioning must be turned off to allow the unit to defrost, and there will be no air conditioning during this time. Failure to follow this policy may result in additional charges.
